OMC Limited, rebranded from Overseas Marketing Corporation (Pvt) Ltd, was founded in January 1980 as a proprietorship concern with a view to contribute in the field of science and technology, and later incorporated as a private limited company in 1994. OMC has diversified its activities to several sectors over time including healthcare, textile, leather, education, life science, construction, information, defence etc.
